Developed firmware for multiple hardware projects, various microcontroller brands, even across different product lines. Participated in failure review board, assessing third party design and firmware problems. Designed hardware solutions and improved firmware process, increasing productivity internally, as well as improving response times and quality assurance. Initiated a firmware library system for code reuse and modularization. Reviewed and updated most firmware processes and standards. On top of new development, debugged failing legacy firmware and upgraded and ported embedded systems to meet new customer requirements.
